We’re excited to bring your vision to life! Please review the following important details before booking:

1. Booking Policies

   • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final payment.

   • If you need to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, a rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any additional fees.

   • Upon arrival, you will be required to review and sign a service agreement outlining the details of your project and confirming our policies.

   • The Company is not liable for delays.

2. What to Expect

   • Please ensure your vehicle is clean and free of personal items prior to your appointment.

   • Depending on the service selected, your vehicle may need to remain with us for several hours or more. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe during booking.

   • Full payment is due upon completion of the service and before the vehicle is release

   • Warranty coverage varies depending on the service and material used.

   • Warranty applies only to the labor performed, not the underlying condition of the vehicle.

   • Issues caused by improper maintenance, impact damage, road debris, chemicals, weather, or neglect are not covered.

   • Refunds are provided, if material is removed from the job.

   • The Company will correct workmanship issues within the warranty period if applicable.

   • The Company’s liability is limited to the amount the Client paid for the service.

   • The Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

   • The Company is not liable for theft, vandalism, fire, or weather events while the vehicle is on the property.

   • Our shop is located at:
     205 Katy’s Lane, Wilmington, Ohio, 45177
     Parking is available, and we’re happy to assist with drop-off or pickup arrangements if needed.

4. Custom Requests

   • If you have specific requirements or questions about your project, feel free to include notes when booking. We’ll review them and follow up as needed.
